- visibility for internships, apprenticeships or thesis opportunities
Preparation & orientation
The preparation is based on short, practice-oriented sessions focused on typical situations from professional life.
Topics include:
- decision-making under uncertainty (eg. setting priorities)
- interaction, collaboration and communication
- understanding how companies actually operate (e.g. decision-making structures, responsibilities, and different roles within a company)
- resilience under pressure
- handling expectations and dynamics in the workplace
